Jefferson National Parks Association is participating in the following upcoming events at its partner sites:

September 27 and 28, 2008 - Parkpalooza at the Gateway Arch

November and December 2007- Embrace the holiday spirit while experiencing Nineteenth Century Holiday Traditions at the Historic Old Courthouse.  This exciting series of events includes concerts and special programs throughout the holiday season.

- Travel back through time with JEFF's PastCast tours!  Visualize St. Louis' history and experience what happened on the historic grounds of Jefferson National Expansion Memorial.    Download the PastCast podcasts to your iPod or mp3 player here to learn more about this magnificent city.  Whether you are planning a trip to the Gateway Arch, or are just interested in learning more about St. Louis before the memorial was built, the PastCast tours are for you!

June 8 - Robert J. Moore, author and National Park Service historian will dramatically present the history of the Gateway Arch and its importance to the local community at the St. Louis County Library Headquarters.  A booksigning of The Gateway Arch  An Architectural Dream will follow.

May 26 - Freedom Event - celebrate the 150th anniversary of Dred and his wife Harriet being given their freedom by the Blow family at the Old Courthouse in St Louis.  Activities include a performance by the Carr-Lane students.

May 19 - First day of issue for the Little Rock Central High School Desegregation Silver Dollar

May 12 - Grand Re-Opening of the Museum Store Under the Gateway Arch.
