Who is Jefferson National Parks Association? Jefferson National Parks Association is a non-profit, charitable corporation, recognized by the IRS as tax-exempt under section 501 (c)(3) of the code. It is governed by a 19-member board of directors and provides quality education products and services that enrich public understanding and appreciation of america’s national parks, public lands and historic places.
JNPA is most commonly known for the educational museum shops and bookstores we operate for the benefit of the visiting public.

Proceeds from purchases on our website or in our stores allow us to make significant financial donations back to sites to be used for educational programming, exhibits, special events and site improvements. When will I receive my order? Orders for in stock merchandise will be shipped within 7 days of placing your order. If any item you purchase is not in stock, we will contact you with an approximate date of delivery.
I received my order and it is incorrect. What do I do? At Jefferson National Parks Association, we stand behind our products, and we genuinely hope you enjoy your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase to us within 30 days.
Merchandise should be in original condition and packaging. Please include a sales receipt with your shipment, and indicate whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange of the item.
