There are no known portraits of the Shoshone/Hidatsa Indian woman, Sacagawea. To avoid mistakes on a sculpted portrait, artist Toni Wirts consulted with a National Park Service historian and other authorities to create a credible bust of Sacagawea. The bust is made of poly resin with a marble finish on a wood base. 7 1/2" tall
